Honoring Mike Allen, a Director of Life Enrichment at The Villas

Mike listened carefully when, as family members, we asked if an improvement could be made to include Sunday afternoon hymns on channel 1851, using sites that provide familiar hymns with music. This has become a very positive time of worship and sing-along for my aging mom, whose Love Language has always been music. I have shared the new program with several folks on my mom’s floor, and they are also enjoying and appreciating Mike's responsive approach to a family’s/resident's request.

Thank you to Ken for serving as a faithful companion to my father for the past three years. My father looks forward to the mornings when Ken is with him, particularly because Ken takes the time to read devotions and other spiritual materials. Ken also accompanies my father to fitness and other activities, and I know my father appreciates the company. Ken has been a faithful team member in ensuring that my father has social connections and maintains a level of activity.
