Our Mother, Violet was a resident at The Villas from March 2016 until her passing on January 16, 2026. Our sister, Beverly has also been a resident since June 2024. Both have received excellent care from staff members, but Jenny is one who stands out. I've never seen her in a bad mood, always with a smile on her face. She exudes a caring, compassionate, loving way with residents and family members alike. She goes above and beyond what one might expect from a staff member. Jenny seems to meet each person where they are, joking with them, hugging them and is genuinely invested in each of her residents. Any care facility should be thankful for people like Jenny and my family is graetful she is part of St Paul's.
Kim is a pleasure to see on weekends in Jones Serenity Circle. She always knows what's going on with Mom and is quick to report it when I visit. As the number of residents continues to grow, I'm sure the demands do also, but you wouldn't know it by Kim's sunny attitude.
After more than 20 years in long-term care, I have experienced a wide range of facilities, each with its own strengths and challenges, but none compare to the one I am part of today. St. Paul’s truly surpasses all others through its unwavering commitment to compassion, dignity, and excellence in care. The sense of community here—among residents, families, and staff alike—creates an environment where people are genuinely valued and respected. It is not just a place of care, but a place of pride, purpose, and belonging, and I am honored to be associated with a facility that sets such a high standard.
As a family, we appreciate Sheila and her caring ways. She listens attentively and shows genuine concern in difficult situations such as Mom’s recent hospitalizations. Thanks to you, Sheila, for the way you combine professionalism and loving concern.”
