Celebrating People, Not Just Roles

We know each team member as an individual. We celebrate milestones, encourage input, and foster connections that make work meaningful.

Why People Stay

They feel supported and cared for.

They see opportunities to grow.

They know their contributions matter.

They become part of a community, not just a workplace.

Social Impact

At St. Paul’s, our commitment to care extends beyond our campus. We are deeply involved in the community, with our leadership team and staff actively participating in local organizations and initiatives.

Our team members serve on boards and committees for organizations such as Strayhaven Animal Shelter, The Salvation Army, and The Kiwanis Club. We support causes like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, The Baughman Family Center Back 2 School Bash, and partner with Thiel College through the Joining Generations program.

Through these efforts, we strengthen connections, support local initiatives, and create a positive impact that reaches residents, team members, and the wider community.  At St. Paul’s, making a difference is part of who we are.
