In each of the following options, the first 10% of your entrance fee is amortized immediately.
- Straight Amortize (The remaining 90% of your entrance fee amortizes over 10 years.)
- Amortize/Refund Combo (40% of the remaining fee amortizes over 10 years; 50% is refundable.)
- Refundable (90% of the remaining fee is refundable.)

Monthly Maintenance Fee Includes
- Indoor and outdoor home maintenance
- Water, sewer, and garbage services
- Relief from property taxes
- Basic emergency response system
