Housing options include two- and three-bedroom homes, as well as one-bedroom apartments that can be customized to meet individual specifications and preferences.

The common spaces inside The Keifer Building include a dining room for events, a chapel, a library, and other areas dedicated to resident enjoyment. Other highlights in The Colony include a fitness center, a wood shop, and beautiful outdoor recreation areas.

The Colony Entrance Fee Options

The Colony Entrance Fee Options

In each of the following options, the first 10% of your entrance fee is amortized immediately. 

  • Straight Amortize (The remaining 90% of your entrance fee amortizes over 10 years.)
  • Amortize/Refund Combo (40% of the remaining fee amortizes over 10 years; 50% is refundable.)
  • Refundable (90% of the remaining fee is refundable.)
  • Rental options are also available; please call for more information.

Monthly Maintenance Fee Includes

  • Indoor and outdoor home maintenance
  • Water, sewer, and garbage services
  • Relief from property taxes
  • Basic emergency response system

Available on a Fee-for-Service Basis through our Home-Based Services Department
