Kim is a pleasure to see on weekends in Jones Serenity Circle. She always knows what's going on with Mom and is quick to report it when I visit. As the number of residents continues to grow, I'm sure the demands do also, but you wouldn't know it by Kim's sunny attitude.

Honoring Mike Allen, a Director of Life Enrichment at The Villas

Mike listened carefully when, as family members, we asked if an improvement could be made to include Sunday afternoon hymns on channel 1851, using sites that provide familiar hymns with music. This has become a very positive time of worship and sing-along for my aging mom, whose Love Language has always been music. I have shared the new program with several folks on my mom’s floor, and they are also enjoying and appreciating Mike's responsive approach to a family’s/resident's request.
