The Villas offers a variety of services to meet the needs of residents
General and Fee-for-Service
General skilled nursing services are provided to individuals who require daily routine intervention on behalf of nursing staff including assistance with mobility, continence and memory support.

Nursing Care
Skilled nursing care offers a level of care that must be supervised by a registered nurse. Examples of skilled nursing care are intravenous injections, tube feeding, and changing sterile dressings on a wound.
Short-term Rehabilitation Services
Short stay care is designed to be a bridge between the hospital and home. The goal of short stay care is to support the resident’s needs and return them to their highest level of independence.
Respite Care
For individuals who need short term personal care service(s) or are considering a permanent move into aging-in-place. The following is a list of additional services for individuals receiving respite care.
- Local and long distance phone service
- Cable television
- A furnished apartment including bed and bath linens
- Weekly laundry services
Rehabilitation
In addition to traditional therapies our rehabilitation program offers The Fitness Center, a wellness program that enhances the quality of life through fitness. Our complete therapy program is designed to restore residents to self-sufficient functioning consistent with his/her capability.
St. Paul’s partners with Symbria Rehab to provide a full scope of therapy services including occupational, physical and speech therapy.
Hospice Care
Hospice care is available for individuals diagnosed with a terminal condition and enhances the care already provided by the Villas' nursing team.
At St. Paul’s we are committed to provide meaning, richness of life and health care services for our residents and families. To improve end-of-life care for residents with life limiting illnesses, St. Paul’s has contracts with three Hospice agencies: Family Hospice and Palliative Care, Heartland Hospice, and Southern Care Hospice.
