Sponsor:
This raffle is conducted by St. Paul’s, a nonprofit organization located in Greenville, Pennsylvania, and licensed under the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act (License #SGC11725 and Special Raffle Permit #SPR70063). All proceeds will benefit the Good Samaritan Fund for benevolent care at St. Paul's.
Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket or win a prize. This raffle is void where prohibited. Please check your state laws.
Ticket Information:
Tickets are $20 each. Each ticket represents one chance to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. Participants will receive an email confirmation after ticket purchase, and the corresponding ticket will be entered into the drawing.
Prize:
One (1) new Polaris Ranger 1000 Premium Side-by-Side (approximate retail value $16,000) or $12,000 in cash. The prize is non-transferable.
Drawing:
The winning ticket will be drawn six (6) months after ticket sales begin or when a minimum of 1,500 tickets have been sold, whichever occurs later (No later than December 31, 2026). The drawing will be conducted live on Facebook at a date and time to be announced once ticket sales close. The winner need not be present to win.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided when completing the purchase form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, St. Paul’s reserves the right to draw another winner.
Prize Pickup:
The winner must provide valid identification, proof of insurance, and complete any required documentation before receiving the prize.
All required title/notary work will take place in Greenville, PA,
The winner is responsible for pickup. If the winner is not local, they are responsible for arranging transportation of the prize and any associated costs. The prize must be picked up or transported within 30 days of the drawing, or it will become the property of St. Paul's.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants St. Paul’s permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes and Fees:
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, registration and licensing fees, transportation costs, or any other expenses associated with claiming or using the prize.
Changes or Cancellation:
St. Paul’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
General Conditions:
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of St. Paul’s, which are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by St. Paul's.
Liability:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless St. Paul’s, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of the prize.
