Personal Care Aide Job Description
As a Personal Care Aide at St. Paul’s, you’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care that supports our residents’ daily routines and overall well-being. You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, medication management, and meal service, while also helping to keep residents active, engaged, and comfortable. PCAs monitor health changes, document care, and work closely with nurses, families, and fellow staff to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. - Starting $16.62 per hour
- $3.00 afternoon shift differential
- $1.25 midnight shift differential
- $2.00 holiday shift differential
- $2.00 weekend differential
- STAR attendance bonus quarterly

Qualitifcations
- High school diploma or GED
