Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description
As an LPN at St. Paul’s, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. Working under the direction of our nursing leadership, you’ll administer medications and treatments, assist with daily living needs, monitor health conditions, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Our LPNs help lead and support our nurse aides and collaborate closely with the full care team. We’re looking for dedicated caregivers who love healthcare, enjoy connecting with seniors, and bring a sense of purpose and personality to their work.
- Starting rate $25.52 per hour
- $8,000 sign-on Bonus
- $3.00 afternoon shift differential
- $1.25 Midnight Shift Differential
- $2.00 holiday shift differential
- $2.00 weekend differential
- STAR attendance bonus ($750 quarterly following the attendance policy)
