Care Partner Job Description
As a Care Partner with St. Paul’s Without Walls, you’ll provide personalized, in-home support to seniors, offering companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care based on each client’s needs. You might help with a morning routine, share conversation over lunch, or assist with tidying up the house.
This flexible role is ideal for parents, students, retirees, or anyone who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. Care Partners serve clients both on and off our campus, helping them remain independent and supported in their own homes.
- $12.50 to $15.25 per hour
- $1.00 weekend differential
- Attendance bonus, if applicable

Qualitifcations
- High School Diploma or GED and a Valid Driver’s License
