Monthly fees are established keeping several factors in mind - the size of the apartment selected, personal care services needed, and additional services requested. The Heritage offer four styles of floor plans to choose from.
Monthly fees start at approximately $3,445 for individuals who are independent and select a studio style apartment. Larger apartments are available.
Monthly fees start at approximately $5,258 for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living and select a studio style apartment. Larger apartments are available and additional personalized services are available for residents who need a little extra care.
