Resident Honored with Lifetime Service Award from Pitt

George Erwin (pictured front row, left), resident at The Heritage, was recognized by the University of Pittsburgh for a lifetime of service and dedication to the field of Electrical Engineering on Monday, August 26. Gordon Fraser (back row, left), Director of Gift and Charitable Estate Planning for the university, presented Erwin with a certificate of acknowledgement in the Anderson Fellowship Hall at St. Paul’s Senior Living Community. Having graduated in 1950, Erwin is one of the University of Pittsburgh’s oldest living School of Engineering alumni. Also pictured are (back row from left) Erwin’s son-in-law and daughter, Tom and Kerry Eidenmuller, son and daughter-in-law Shaun and Beckie Erwin and his grandson, Garrett Erwin (front) who were all present for the recognition ceremony.
