2023 Sporting Clay Shoot Fundraiser

We are excited to announce that on Saturday, September 16, St. Paul’s will hold its 3^rd annual Sporting Clay Shoot Fundraiser at Sandycreek Conservancy in Polk, Pa. This special event is once again presented by lead sponsor, First National Bank.

Not only is this a day of fun and fellowship, it also fills a very important need at St. Paul’s. The event proceeds will go to help offset the cost of benevolent care. Benevolent care is at the heart of our mission, as there are times when residents may reach a point where they have expended their assets and need assistance paying for their care. Benevolent care helps us keep our promise of never asking a resident to leave St. Paul’s for financial reasons.

A flyer and sponsorship opportunities are available and are listed below. We welcome any donation that you are able to contribute. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, gifts to St. Paul’s qualify for tax deduction.

We hope you will spread the word and join us with a team or individually. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and is sponsored by R Builders, LLC. If you register by August 31 you will have a chance to win a Bergara-B14 Wilderness Ridge-caliber of your choice OR $1,000 cash, sponsored by McCullough Grain. Other prizes and raffles will be available the day of the event.

Are you doing a sponsorship and want to add shooters? When you select your sponsorship level include the amount of the shooters subtracted by the sponsorship shooter discount under Additional Donation. It is $65 per shooter. Example: If you are doing a $400 sponsorship and want to add 4 shooters, click on the $400 Silver Sponsorship and type $210 ($260-$50) under Additional Donation and the total amount of $610 will show up as the total.
